Welcome to VeloraAxis. These Terms govern your use of our website builder and ordering platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What VeloraAxis does

VeloraAxis provides small businesses with their own website, ordering system, and business dashboard. We host the site, keep it running, and give you tools to edit your content. You pay a monthly subscription fee — we do not take a commission on your orders or sales.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use VeloraAxis.

3. Free trial and paid subscription

New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription of ₹499 per month (or the current price shown on our website).

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If payment fails, your website will remain accessible for a short grace period, after which it may be suspended until payment is made.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your website is taken offline. Data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

5. Your content

You own everything you upload or create through VeloraAxis — text, images, menu items, prices, and customer data collected through your site. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant VeloraAxis a limited licence to store, display, and serve your content solely for the purpose of running your website. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or text you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material you don't own.

6. What you must not do

You agree not to use VeloraAxis to:

7. Payments for your customers

VeloraAxis does not process customer payments directly. When your customers pay online, that payment is processed by Razorpay (or another payment provider you connect). VeloraAxis never holds or touches the money from your orders.

Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions. Any payment disputes are between you, your customer, and Razorpay.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or issues outside our control (AWS outages, internet problems, etc.).

9. Pricing changes

We may change the subscription price in the future. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree.

10. Limitation of liability

VeloraAxis is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Our total liability to you, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay. We will give reasonable notice unless the violation is severe (e.g. illegal activity).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change. Continued use of VeloraAxis after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ambala, Haryana.
